Do's and Don'ts Before Wax Do: Please observe all rules of decency and personal hygiene. Do: Allow two weeks or more of growth before your visit. You should have at least 1/2" of hair growth and no longer than 1"for brazilians. Do: Limit your caffine intake on the day of your waxing service, as it can stimulate the nervous system. Do: Take 2 to 4 Ibuprofen (if allowed by your doctor) 30 minutes prior to treatment. This may help to dull your pain receptors.
