About Us

Kim Wood is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, a Reiki Master, and is the owner of The Balanced Body.  She loves the effects created by massage and energy work, and is excited about incorporating meditation into her practice.  Kim specializes in Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi massage, having been trained in Hawaii, and excells in both deep work as well as what has been described as gentle strength.  Kim has worked to create an atmosphere of peacefulness and calm that is a haven for all at The Balanced Body, and she wants you to experience it too. Bethany Gibson brings a wealth of experience into her practice.  Bethany, also a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, specializes in both infant and pregnancy massage, and is currently accepting clients for her favorite type of practice as a Doula.  She graduated from the Georgia Institute of Therapeutic Massage in Augusta, and has since devoted herself to encouraging her clients to allow their bodies to find total wellness through regular massage. GA License #: MT004919





Colleen Conover joins the practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist with skills in Neuromuscular, Swedish and Deep Tissue massage that she uses to create the massage experience that you have been looking for.  Colleen is also working towards her certification in Aromatherapy and we look forward to her sharing her knowledge and skills with our clients.   GA License #: MT005851




Alex del Rossi is a graduate of The Southeastern Institute, formerly known as the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage in Charleston, SC.  As a Licensed Massage Therapist trained in Professional Clinical Massage Therapy, Alex has a background in Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage.  Alex incorporates her various massage techniques to create a unique therapeutic massage specific to each individual's needs and is excited to be a member of The Balanced Body family.

Angela Cushman is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master in Georgia, having graduated from Georgia Academy of Massage in 2008. Angie has built a thriving practice with her experience in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Neuromuscular Massage. She prides herself on her ability to care for and listen to the needs of others. Angie believes in tailoring a massage towards the individual needs of each client by using multiple modalities to get the best results possible.

Dianna Quinn Shortly after graduating from college as a surgical technologist, Dianna decided to pursue another interest. She wanted to explore the expression of beauty through hair. She returned to school, earning her Master of Cosmetology License. While providing a wide range of other services at a nationally acclaimed salon, Dianna expanded her range of specialties to include total body waxing. She enjoys her profession immensely and loves every aspect of it, sharing a unique and positive relationship with all of her clients. Her surgical background allows her to provide a clean, healthy, and professional environment for waxing, while her dedication ensures her clients receive only the most relaxing and cutting edge services. GA License #: CO 105690

Jeremy Cully is the newest member of our team, and is a welcome addition with his wonderful male energy.  He is a graduate of the Georgia Academy of Massage who is interested in sports massage and AIS techniques.  Jeremy spent many years as a high school special education teacher and loves the outdoors, especially biking and camping with his family.  Jeremy has a recent addition to his family, with a brand new baby girl Sophia joining him, his wife and young son.  His personal, upclose experience has made him a near expert in pregnancy massage, pre and peri!  He also is a Reiki I Practitioner and enjoys helping others experience the numerous benefits of both massage and Reiki.  GA License #MT007718
