Learn Reiki

           Reiki is a form of therapy that uses training and simple hands-on, no touch, and visualization techniques with the goal of improving the flow of life energy in a person.  Reiki (pronounced ray-key) means “universal life energy” in Japanese. 
           Reiki practitioners are trained to detect and alleviate problems of energy flow on the physical, emotional, and spiritual level.  Reiki touch therapy is used to achieve similar effects as traditional massage therapy and is known to relieve stress and pain as well as improving/negating the symptoms of various health conditions. 
          The underlying truth of Reiki is this:  The body has an energy field that is central to its health and proper functioning.  This energy travels in certain pathways (the chakras and meridians) that can become blocked or weakened.  This concept of ‘energy flow’ in the body is principle in Ayurvedic medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, including acupuncture and other techniques.

Usui Reiki class pricing:

Usui Reiki Level I  $100  (4 CEH credits)

Information covered includes: The history of Reiki and Dr. Usui, the aura, chakras as the energy wheels of life and their workings with Reiki, the Reiki Principles, hand positions and teaching/demonstration of correct use for self-Reiki as well as using on others, class time for hands-on practice, grounding and protecting, sacredness of the Reiki symbols, and Attunement ceremony in which one First Degree Reiki symbol is passed on.

Usui Reiki Level II  $125 (4 CEH credits)
Information covered includes: Byosen scanning, incorporating pendulum use to check the chakras as well as a brief synopsis of stones/crystals for use during Reiki, correct techniques for using the symbols during a Reiki session, the technique of sending Reiki energy across distance, working with the emotion and subconscious/further incorporating chakra knowledge learned in Usui Reiki Level I, more detailed techniques for clearing/protecting the room/self/client, techniques for smoothing the aura, hands-on practice in class, and Attunement ceremony in which Second Degree Usui Reiki symbols are passed on.

Usui Reiki Level III (ART/Advanced Reiki Training) $300 (5 CEH credits)
**note: this class is for those who do not want to teach Reiki or pass on Attunements
Information covered includes: Aura clearing (psychic surgery) with hands-on practice during class, learning to set up and utilize a Reiki grid, the use of Antahkarana symbols, moving meditation, discussion of the master symbols and their use during Reiki energy work, and Attunement ceremony in which you receive one Third Degree Usui Reiki  symbol.

Usui Reiki Level III/Master $400 (6 CEH credits)
Information covered includes: Moving meditation, learning to set up and utilize a Reiki grid, Antahkarana symbols, Tibetan and Usui Master symbols and their use, Hui Yin exercise, Violet Breath, Aura clearing (psychic surgery) with hands-on practice during class, learning the technique for giving healing Attunements, learning the technique for giving Usui Reiki Level I, II, and III/Master Attunements, learn the technique to attune yourself, the responsibility of becoming a Reiki Master, developing your Reiki practice, and Attunement ceremony in which you receive two Third Degree Usui Reiki symbols.

Usui Reiki Level I and II combined $225 (6 CEH credits)
